Furniture is in our family tree, quite literally!

Rumraisin’s founder, Myles, originally qualifying as an interior designer, went on to work within the family furniture manufacturing and retail business in Durban, South Africa for many years before bringing his craft here to the UK in 2002. Myles continued to work in the furniture manufacturing industry until Rumraisin Ltd was created in May 2009.

Since then, Rumraisin has been creating exceptional furniture for exceptional spaces; designing, producing and installing high quality bespoke pieces for clients within the Corporate, Education, Hospitality, Private and Retail sectors. Working together with specifiers, interior designers and architects, we provide our clients the assurance that every project will be done precisely to their requirements and to the highest of standards.  All of our products are produced, complimented and enhanced with a vast selection of solid wood, wood veneer, melamine, laminate, stone, corian, glass and metal finishes.

Rumraisin is committed to providing sustainable solutions wherever possible and ensures all client’s environmental concerns are met using specifically selected FSC accredited natural veneers and solid timbers, along with the manufacturing, packaging and transportation processes.
